Shipping Policy

All items ship within two days of the order. Standard shipping takes 2 to 4 days with United State Postal Service First Class shipping. Orders valued more than $35 qualify for free shipping using USPS First Class Shipping. Faster shipping is available using USPS’s calculated postage for overnight or express mail, which shoppers will see at checkout.

Returns Policy

Returns are allowed for 15 days after purchase except for clearance items or custom order jewelry which is designed for a specific customer. Returned items must be returned in new condition, unworn and not damaged in original packaging.

Non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom designed clay jewelry, which is jewelry custom designer for a specific customer
  • Clearance Sale items

Items purchased during the Christmas holiday season from November 21 through January 7 are allowed a 60 days return. Only new, unworn items are accepted for the return. There are no restocking fees that are applicable, but customers are responsible for paying for shipping fees.

Completing a Return

Email Camden@dreamflymarketing.com to notify us of your intent to return the item(s) purchased. A refund is issued once we receive the return item(s) and confirm the item(s) are in new, acceptable condition. If a credit card was used for the purchase, refunds may take up to 10 days to show on your credit card. This credit delay depends on the banking institution used.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at camden@dreamflymarketing.com.

Sale items

Clearance items may not be returned but regular sale items may. How do I know if I purchased clearance? Your emailed receipt and order confirmation will show your item as a clearance item. Please, review your receipt.

Exchanges

Exchange is available for items within 30 days of purchase at no cost to the customer. Email Camden@dreamflymarketing.com to request an exchange and the reason for the exchange and return your damaged item. Send the return to Boldly Beaded Jewelry Attn: Camden Smith, 6145 Montelena Circle, Unit 5102, Naples, Florida 34119, and pay for the shipping. Customers will not be charged for shipping of exchanged items.
